What that leaves you at different prices

A 200-page black-ink 6" × 9" paperback, which costs kr 35.17 to print here. The first row is the price floor — the lowest KDP will let you charge for this book. Notice where the royalty rate changes: that step is worth more than the price difference that triggers it.

Reading the SEK figures

KDP's tables are published per currency zone and are not conversions of one another — the SEK figures are set independently, so a book that is comfortably profitable on one marketplace can be marginal on another at the equivalent price.

The shape of the model is the same everywhere: a flat charge for short books, then a lower fixed charge plus a per-page amount once you cross the band threshold. What changes between marketplaces is the size of those numbers and where the royalty rate steps up.
